11. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account and ceasing all use of the Platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
