Respect and Dignity
Every member deserves to be treated with basic human respect. Role-play dynamics, power exchange, and consensual degradation within a scene do not override this principle. Outside of agreed-upon dynamics, treat others as you would want to be treated. Disrespect, bullying, and harassment have no place here — regardless of role.
Consent Is Mandatory
All interactions on PaySlave.com must be grounded in consent. This means: do not assume a dynamic exists without explicit agreement. Do not demand money, submission, or attention from someone who has not consented. Respect when someone says no, withdraws consent, or ends a dynamic. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason — and that decision must be honoured without pressure, guilt, or retaliation.
Honest Identities
Be honest about who you are. Using a stage name or pseudonym for privacy is completely acceptable and expected. Impersonating another person, using stolen photos, lying about your age, or misrepresenting your identity to deceive others is not. Catfishing and identity fraud will result in an immediate ban.
No Harassment
Harassment includes repeated unwanted messages, threats, stalking behavior, non-consensual sexual comments, doxxing, and using multiple accounts to circumvent a block. If someone has blocked you or asked you to stop contacting them, respect that decision.
No Coercion
Do not pressure, manipulate, or coerce anyone into sending money, sharing information, or engaging in activities they have not freely agreed to. This includes guilt-tripping, exploiting emotional vulnerability, using threats (including self-harm threats), and taking advantage of someone who is intoxicated or in distress. Coercion is not dominance — it is abuse.
No Fraud or Scams
Fraudulent activity of any kind is prohibited and will be reported to authorities where appropriate. This includes: taking payment for services not provided, using stolen payment methods, running fake verification schemes, and any form of financial deception. Findom is about consensual tribute — not tricking people out of their money.
No Hate Speech
PaySlave.com prohibits hate speech and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. This includes slurs, stereotypes, and coded language. Role-play dynamics do not excuse bigotry. Diversity strengthens our community.
No Illegal Activity
PaySlave.com does not tolerate illegal activity of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to: blackmail (even as role-play if it crosses into actual threats), identity theft, distribution of non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, money laundering, and any activity involving minors. Illegal conduct will result in an immediate ban and referral to law enforcement.
Reporting Misconduct
If you witness or experience conduct that violates these guidelines, contact us through the Contact page and select “Safety Concern.”
Include relevant information such as usernames, dates, a description of the conduct, and any evidence you can safely preserve. Reports are reviewed using the information available and handled with appropriate discretion.
Good-faith reports do not violate these guidelines, and retaliatory conduct toward someone who raises a concern is prohibited.
Account Moderation
We take a graduated approach to enforcement, reserving immediate permanent bans for the most serious violations:
- Warning — For minor first-time infractions, we may issue a warning with guidance on how to correct the behavior.
- Temporary suspension — For repeated or moderate violations, accounts may be suspended for a defined period.
- Permanent ban — For serious violations (underage users, fraud, threats, hate speech, illegal activity), accounts are permanently terminated with no opportunity for appeal.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our discretion when we believe it is necessary to protect the safety and integrity of our community.
